Managing Moves & More Workplace Safety Policy & Practices


Together we are taking a stand against the Coronavirus. The health and safety of our clients (current and future), employees, and the public are a priority for us. As the Coronavirus pandemic continues, Managing Moves & More will follow the CDC guidelines and will modify our policies and procedures as needed to keep our clients, employees and the public as safe as possible.

Best Practices our Move Managers Follow:

  • Wear masks while at the job site.

  • Practice “social distancing” with everyone on the job site.

  • Wash hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer:

    • upon arrival,

    • frequently during the workday, and

    • when leaving for the day.

  • Sanitize high touch areas and work surfaces before and after on-site work.

  • Request that any contractor working in the client's home follow the above guidelines.


Procedures if an Employee Shows Symptoms or is Sick:

  • Employees who do not feel well must stay home.

  • Employees who have been in an area with someone who has been exposed, may not return to work for 14 days from the last interaction.

  • Employees who report to work and then develop symptoms will be sent home immediately.
