What makes a great company? A great team of people dedicated to making transitions as simple and stress-less as possible for our clients!

Founder & President

Cindy founded Managing Moves & More in 2009 after helping her mother-in-law downsize and move. She realized that helping people through this stressful process was her calling and that there was an enormous need for the services she provided. To date, MM&M has helped over 2,000 clients. MM&M’s biggest source of business comes from referrals from happy clients, realtors, and senior communities, which Cindy takes great pride in.

Cindy’s affiliations and certifications include:

Cyndi has been with Managing Moves & More almost since its birth. She loves her work and feels blessed to be part of such a unique and special team. Cyndi finds her job incredibly rewarding.



Susan believes MM&M provides vital services for people in transition, and as an employee, is proud and rewarded by the work we do. She especially enjoys seeing our clients happy, organized, and less stressed in their new homes.



Katie finds creating order and helping people become more comfortable in their homes gratifying.

Julie feels fortunate to work with teammates who are so engaged in what they do, who work hard, and who care so much about meeting each client’s unique needs.



Cheryl feels very lucky to work for a company that treats every customer with respect and understanding. It is a very rewarding job helping people feel more comfortable and organized with their life.



Crystal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a music minor.  Her experience with project management, attention to detail and strong interest in helping people is what drew her to work with MM&M.  She feels that every client and project is unique and deserves her full effort.

Carol finds her work at MM&M very rewarding.  She feels strongly about “treating others as you want to be treated!”

She feels so lucky getting to know so many wonderful people! Moving can be one of the most stressful times in a persons life, knowing we are helping them through this difficult time is very satisfying!



Before joining MM&M in 2017, Lynn was a wardrobe stylist and a small business owner.  Prior to that, she was a product developer in legal education. She is a long-time resident of Southern Marin where she hikes, bikes and walks on the many spectacular nature trails. At MM&M, she enjoys helping clients down-size, right-size and organize.  



Nancy enjoys helping others in the community by being part of the downsizing and moving process during times of transition. 


Linda enjoys working with people and helping them simplify and organize their home environments.  She is well-organized, resourceful and detail-oriented.  Linda has played the accordion when she was young!  She enjoys traveling, visiting her daughter in Seattle and her son, who plays water polo for the Air Force Academy.

Susan is really happy to be part of a team that offers an important service to so many people in our community.



Nicola joined MM&M after we moved her mother, an art consultant, twice!  Her background in wilderness logistics, event planning & college admission counselling equip her to connect with her clients and get them successfully moved and settled, right down to hanging up the art.



Chris enjoys meeting and working with so many different people in our community. She finds it very rewarding to help clients by making their new houses feel like home from the day they move in.



Jim really enjoys working with (and is a big fan of) the professional and dedicated team that makes up MM&M.  Having experienced many moves & downsizing in his own life, and having a passion for organization & logistics, he finds helping clients when they are moving and/or downsizing to be very rewarding.”



Carlos joined MM&M after being introduced to the awesome team.  He enjoys being the got to person for supplies,


Sarah enjoys working with dedicated MMM staff members to provide excellent service She gets great satisfaction working with clients and brings  a sense of calmness. She especially enjoys the “grand reveal” when a client walks into their new home for the first time! Sara has a background in interior design - specifically aging in place and universal design.


Gayle has always loved organization and helping others.  Working at MMM allows her to combine these two. Helping families during a stressful move and/or creating a new residence that feels like home immediately is very rewarding.  One of Gayle's favorite challenges is helping individuals get control back into their lives with organization.


Emily joined Managing Moves & More in 2016. She wears many hats at MMM from handling all things related to new contracts and billing to helping hire new members of our Dream Team. Prior to working for MMM she was a stay at home mom and she worked in marketing. In her free time she enjoys walking her dog, serving hot lunch at her kids’ school, and decluttering her own home. 


Debra was so impressed by the exceptional service Managing Moves and More provided during her mother’s two separate moves, she decided to join the team! Debra feels blessed to be part of a dedicated team that offers such a valuable service.
